Gamsat Prep is sold by Perfect Health. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are handled by Perfect Health and processed through Stripe, our payment provider. To request one, email us at support@gamsatprep.com.au from the address you used at checkout, or open Billing in your account and use the payment portal linked there. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscription renewals and cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal linked from your receipt or from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal charges are also covered by the 30-day window described above.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
